Built for businesses selling to consumers
You've built the business.
Now make Meta work harder for it.
CFA is built for established businesses selling products or services to consumers that already have an offer, a brand and creative to work with.
You want Meta to generate commercial value without a large management fee eating into your investment, or hours of your time disappearing into managing the people you've hired to run it.
01 / Make money
Active Meta management, built around your commercial goals.
Every campaign has a job. We make sure it's doing it.
We build, manage and optimise your Meta campaigns around the commercial objectives we agree with you, and keep looking for opportunities to improve performance.
The goal isn't to make Ads Manager look impressive.
It's to make your advertising work harder.
02 / Save money
More of your budget reaches Meta.
Less of it feeds an agency.
Your management fee is part of your overall marketing investment. CFA costs £495 + VAT a month.
We cut the overhead, not the expertise.
The £495 model removes agency overhead that doesn't improve the work, not the work needed to manage your campaigns properly.
Your Meta media spend stays separate and is paid directly to Meta.
03 / Save hours of time
Don't manage the people you're paying to manage Meta.
You don't need to spend your week checking campaigns, moving budgets, testing ads or wondering what Meta changed this time.
That's our job.
Clear reporting.
Proactive updates.
Email and WhatsApp when needed.
A call when a call genuinely helps.
You run the business.
We run the ads.
The proof
Results. Not rhetoric.

The people behind CFA
Built by WYS communications.
CFA isn't a new agency.
It's a new way of working with one.
Cash Flow Accelerator is built and delivered by the team at WYS communications.
We've delivered creative and digital marketing work for startups, SMEs and globally recognised brands.
WYS has delivered work for brands including

£495 + VAT / month
So what's the catch?
There isn't one.
CFA is deliberately built around one focused Meta advertising service.
We cut the overhead,
not the expertise.
The lower fee comes from removing layers of agency overhead: recurring status meetings, account-management layers and presentation time.
Not from junior people, not from automation replacing expertise and not from less attention on your campaigns or creative.
Lower management costs leave more of your total marketing budget available to work in the market.

What you actually get
£495 + VAT.
This is what's included.
- Meta campaign setup + management
- Ongoing optimisation
- Audience testing
- Budget optimisation
- Ad copy + messaging adaptation
- Creative testing
- Paid ad creative built from your existing assets
- Performance reporting
- Proactive email + WhatsApp updates
- Recommendations when new creative is needed
Your Meta media spend is separate and paid directly to Meta.
Paid ad creative built from your existing assets is included.
New photography shoots and substantial content production from scratch are not.
Where appropriate, that can include graphic design, video editing, animation, layouts and formats, hooks, ad copy and messaging, captions, resizing / reframing, and combining suitable existing assets into new paid-ad variants.
If fresh creative would materially improve performance, we'll tell you what we think is needed. WYS can scope additional production separately if you want us to make it.
You might already have more than you think
Make the creative you've already paid for work harder.
You supply the raw material. We build the ads.
All of these can provide material for paid creative:
- Photography
- Video
- UGC
- Testimonials
- Founder content
- Product imagery
- Brand assets
- Organic social
Where appropriate, we develop the hooks, messaging, captions, layouts, edits and formats, with graphic design, video editing and animation.
Then we use real campaign data to see which messages, formats and audience segments are driving the strongest commercial response, and keep refining from there.
Keep the raw material coming.
As you create useful new product content, founder content, photography, video, testimonials or organic social material, send it over.
If something genuinely new would help the campaigns, we'll explain what's needed and why. You can create it yourself, use your existing team or ask WYS communications to help.
Our first objective is to make what you already have work harder before asking you to spend more creating something new.

If we need more context, priorities change, performance needs discussing or a call is simply the best way to solve something, we'll pick up the phone.
What we don't do is put a recurring meeting in everyone's calendar just because that's what agencies do.
A call when a call genuinely helps.
Built for businesses with their Ps and Qs in order.
Good fit
- You're an established business selling products or services to consumers.
- Your offer / product / service already sells.
- You have somewhere credible to send paid traffic.
- You have a usable brand and understand what you're selling and broadly who buys it.
- You have useful creative / content we can work with.
- You have enough media budget for paid acquisition to make commercial sense.
- You could handle additional demand.
- You're comfortable with a low-overhead, call-light way of working and want specialists to take ownership day to day.
Not the right fit yet
- You're using ads to find out whether anyone wants the offer.
- Your website / landing experience isn't ready for traffic.
- The proposition is still unclear.
- There's almost no usable creative to work with.
- Additional demand would create an operational problem.
- You need weekly standing meetings and close involvement in individual campaign decisions.
It's about giving paid media a fair chance of working before you spend money on it.
Your numbers matter more than somebody else's ROAS screenshot.
A £100 sale isn't £100 of profit.
What matters is what a customer or sale is actually worth to your business after the costs that come with delivering it.
ROAS is a useful measure. It just isn't the whole commercial picture.
Meta spend matters.
Management cost matters.
Margins matter.
What a customer is worth to your business matters.
We're interested in the commercial return on your wider investment, not simply the most attractive number in Ads Manager.
The questions you're probably asking
What makes CFA different from other Meta ads services?
CFA is one focused, productised Meta service: expert campaign management plus paid ad creative built from your existing assets, for £495 + VAT a month. We've removed unnecessary agency overhead, not the expertise, so more of your budget is available for the advertising itself.
What happens once my campaigns are live?
We keep monitoring, reviewing, testing and optimising them. You get clear reporting and proactive updates.
If we think something outside Ads Manager is holding performance back, such as the offer, website or creative, we'll tell you.
Why does CFA cost £495?
Because CFA is deliberately structured differently. One focused Meta service, a streamlined operating model and no recurring meetings for the sake of them. We cut the overhead, not the expertise.
Is my ad spend included?
No. £495 + VAT is our monthly management fee. Your Meta media spend is separate and paid directly to Meta.
Do you create the ads too?
Yes. We build paid ad creative from suitable assets you already have, including photography, video, UGC, testimonials, brand assets and existing content. That can include graphic design, video editing, animation, hooks, ad copy, captions and new formats.
New shoots and substantial content production from scratch are not included in the £495 fee. If we think you need something new, we'll tell you.
Can I speak to someone when I need to?
Yes.
You'll receive clear reporting and proactive updates, and you can reach us by email and WhatsApp when you need us. If something needs discussing, we'll arrange a call.
Do you need to approve every ad?
CFA works best when we're trusted to manage the campaigns day to day within your brand, offer and agreed objectives.
If you need to approve every individual ad and campaign decision, the wider WYS communications service may suit you better.
Why does CFA only include Meta?
CFA is deliberately built around Meta advertising.
Facebook and Instagram give businesses selling to consumers access to a huge audience through one advertising ecosystem and, for the right business and offer, can be a highly effective way to generate sales and leads.
Focusing on Meta is also part of what makes CFA work. One advertising ecosystem means a more focused, repeatable service, helping us keep the management cost at £495 + VAT a month without cutting the work that matters.
If your business needs Google, TikTok or a broader paid media strategy, WYS communications can help, but that's not what CFA is built for.
How much should I be spending on Meta?
It depends on your business, offer, margins and goals. Your Meta spend needs to be enough for the combination of spend and management cost to make commercial sense.
The readiness check asks about budget so we can give you an honest answer.
What happens if we need more creative?
First, we make what you already have work harder. Keep sending us useful new material as you create it.
If something genuinely new would help the campaigns, we'll explain what's needed and why. You can create it yourself, use your existing team or ask WYS communications to help.
Who actually runs my ads?
CFA is delivered by the paid media and creative team at WYS communications.
It's a productised service, but the people doing the work are real, experienced marketers.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. CFA is a rolling monthly subscription.
You can cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next monthly payment.
How quickly can we go live?
Campaigns live within two weeks of receiving everything we need.
Got everything ready? We can often move faster.

Seven quick questions.
We'll tell you whether you're ready, nearly ready, or whether something else needs fixing first.
No inflated score.
No pretend exclusivity.
No sales call.
Is the business already selling the thing you want to advertise?
Ads scale what already works.
They're an expensive way to find out whether something works.
Where would people land after clicking your ad?
More traffic to a leaky page just means paying for a bigger leak.
How clearly could you describe your business, your offer and the people most likely to buy?
Good targeting starts with you knowing who you're talking to, and how you sound when you do.
Good start.
Let's make this useful.
Add your details so we can tailor your result to your business and send you a copy when you're done.
What creative could we work with today?
We repurpose what you already have. Shooting from scratch isn't part of the £495.
How much could you put into Meta ad spend each month, on top of our fee?
Ad spend goes to Meta, not to us. Too little and the fee outweighs what the ads can earn.
If enquiries or orders doubled next month, could you handle them?
Paying for demand you can't serve is the most expensive way to disappoint people.
How do you prefer to work with the people running your ads?
No wrong answer. Just a wrong fit, and we'd both rather know now.

Your offer needs a stronger foundation before we put more budget behind it.
Paid media is good at amplifying demand.
It's an expensive place to discover whether people actually want what you're selling.
What to fix first
- 1
Look at why real customers choose you.
Review sales conversations, enquiries, reviews, customer feedback and your best-performing products / services.
Identify the reasons people actually buy, then make those reasons obvious in your offer.
- 2
Make the value easy to understand.
A new customer should be able to understand what you're selling, why it's relevant to them and what makes it worth choosing without having to work it out for themselves.
- 3
Look for consistency, not a magic number.
You don't need thousands of customers.
You do need enough real-world evidence to show that customers reliably want what you're selling before you pay to put it in front of many more people.
Come back when you've got enough consistent sales to show that customers reliably want what you're selling.
If the bigger issue is positioning or how the offer is being communicated, WYS may be able to help.
Your result
Not yet.
Your website is the gap.
More traffic to a leaky page just means paying for a bigger leak.
What to fix first
- 1
Fix mobile first.
If the landing experience doesn't work properly on a phone, don't pay Meta to send more people there.
- 2
Make the next action obvious.
Someone landing cold shouldn't have to hunt for how to buy, enquire, book or get a quote.
- 3
Remove unnecessary friction.
Check forms, checkout, navigation, page speed and anything else standing between interest and action.
- 4
Match the promise.
The page people land on should continue the message that earned the click.
Don't advertise one proposition and drop somebody onto a generic page that makes them work it out again.
Get the destination working properly first.
Then we'll be much happier paying Meta to send people there.
Your result
Nearly ready.
Your brand needs to be clear before it gets loud.
Paid media amplifies what's already there.
Before we send more people to your business, they need to quickly understand what you offer, why it's relevant to them and why they should choose you.
That doesn't mean every business needs a polished lifestyle brand or that every ad should look the same.
It means the way you look, sound and sell needs to make sense for your customer and give them enough confidence to act.
What to fix first
- 1
Start with clarity.
Look at your website, social channels and sales materials as a customer would.
Is it immediately obvious what you do, who it's for and why you're worth choosing?
- 2
Check the proof.
If you're making an important claim, is there something credible behind it?
Reviews, testimonials, examples, results, credentials and clear evidence can all help turn a claim into a reason to believe.
- 3
Look at the whole experience.
Brand isn't just your logo, colours or fonts.
It's what people understand about you, how you show up and the impression you leave behind.
Fix the gaps before amplifying them.
Tighten the proposition, messaging and key customer touchpoints first.
Then paid media has something stronger to work with.
Your result
Nearly ready.
The foundations are there.
We need more to work with.
We need enough quality raw material to build ads that earn attention, communicate the right message and give the right people a reason to act.
What to fix first
- 1
Build the raw material, not 50 finished ads.
Give us strong photography, useful video, customer proof, product / service detail and existing content.
We'll turn the right ingredients into paid creative.
- 2
Show us the business from different angles.
Products. People. Services. Details. Benefits. Customers. Proof. How it works.
The useful mix will be different for every business.
- 3
Let performance sharpen the creative.
We use real campaign data to understand which messages, formats and audience segments are driving the strongest commercial response, then keep refining from there.
If you need help creating the raw material, WYS can scope that separately.
Once there's enough to work with, CFA can take it from there.
Your result
Nearly ready.
Your offer and brand are worth a closer look.
Your answers suggest there are a couple of areas we'd like to understand before recommending CFA.
We'd want to explore what's already selling, why customers choose you and how clearly that comes across in your marketing.
What we'd like to review
- 1
Your offer and existing sales
We'd like to understand which products or services are already generating sales or enquiries, and what you've learned about why customers buy.
This helps us identify what might be worth putting more advertising investment behind.
- 2
Your brand and proposition
We'd also like to explore how clearly your business communicates what it offers, who it's for and why customers should choose it.
There may be straightforward opportunities to make the message stronger.
Let's see if we can get you ready.
These aren't necessarily major obstacles.
We'd like to discuss your answers, understand what's already working and explore whether there's a practical route to getting you ready for CFA.
Your result
Nearly ready.
Let's look at your offer and what we have to work with.
Before we recommend putting more budget behind Meta, we'd like to understand your existing sales and the creative material available.
There may already be enough to get started. We just need a clearer picture.
What we'd like to review
- 1
Your offer and existing sales
We'd like to explore which products or services are already generating demand, and what evidence you have of customers buying.
That gives us a more informed starting point for paid advertising.
- 2
Your available creative
We'd like to understand what photography, video, testimonials, product imagery, brand assets or existing content you already have.
You don't necessarily need finished adverts. CFA can develop paid ad creative from suitable existing material.
Let's see what we can work with.
You may already have more useful material than you realise.
We'd like to discuss your offer and available assets, and explore whether there's a practical way to get you ready for CFA.
Your result
Nearly ready.
Let's review your message and creative.
Your answers suggest it's worth looking more closely at how your business presents itself and what material is available for advertising.
These may be straightforward things to address.
What we'd like to review
- 1
Your brand and proposition
We'd like to understand how clearly your business communicates what it offers and why customers should choose it.
That helps us work out what messages paid advertising should build upon.
- 2
Your creative material
We'd also like to see what useful photography, video, testimonials, product imagery and existing content you have available.
CFA can turn suitable raw material into paid advertising, so you may not need to create everything from scratch.
Let's strengthen the starting point.
We'd like to understand what you already have before suggesting any additional work.
If there's a practical route to getting you ready for CFA, we'll explore it with you.
Your result
Nearly ready.
Let's work through a few things first.
Your answers have highlighted three areas we'd like to explore before recommending CFA.
That doesn't necessarily mean major work is required. We'd rather understand the situation properly than make assumptions.
What we'd like to review
- 1
Your offer and existing sales
We'd like to understand what's already generating demand and which products or services have evidence of customer interest.
- 2
Your brand and proposition
We'd like to explore how clearly your business explains what it offers, who it's for and why customers choose it.
- 3
Your available creative
We'd also like to understand what useful photography, video, customer proof and existing content is available for paid advertising.
There may be a route forward.
We'd rather understand the foundations before recommending that you invest in CFA.
Some of these areas may be easier to address than they first appear.
We'd welcome a conversation about your answers and whether WYS can help you get ready.
Your result
Not yet.
And that's worth knowing before you spend a penny.
We could take your £495.
We'd rather you spend it where it will actually move the business.
What to fix first
Offer
Prove there is reliable demand for what you want to advertise.
Website
Give paid traffic somewhere credible and usable to land.
Brand / clarity
Make the offer, audience and reason to choose you easier to understand.
Creative
Build enough useful raw material for strong paid advertising.
Budget
Make sure the combination of media spend and management cost makes commercial sense for the business.
Capacity
Make sure additional demand can actually be handled.
Fix the foundations first.
CFA will still be here when paid media has a better chance of working for you.
Your result
Your business sounds ready.
Our model isn't built for how you like to work.
CFA is designed for businesses that want experienced specialists to take ownership day to day, keep them informed and have conversations when they genuinely add value.
If you want scheduled weekly meetings, close involvement in individual campaign decisions or regular creative approval sessions, that's a different kind of agency relationship.
And that's fine.
Full-service WYS communications
If you want a more collaborative, higher-touch relationship, the wider WYS communications service may be a better fit.
Your result
We need to review your answers.

Cash Flow Accelerator Service Terms
These terms apply when you buy Cash Flow Accelerator ("CFA"), a Meta advertising service operated by WYS COMMUNICATIONS LTD, company number 12547434 ("WYS communications", "we", "us" or "our").
CFA is a business-to-business service.
By purchasing CFA, you confirm that you are buying it for business purposes and are authorised to do so for the relevant business.
1. What you're buying
CFA is a productised Meta advertising management service.
For £495 + VAT per month, the standard service includes:
- Meta campaign setup and management;
- ongoing monitoring, testing and optimisation;
- paid ad creative built from suitable existing assets you supply;
- advertising copy, hooks, captions, edits, layouts and variants where appropriate;
- regular performance reporting; and
- reasonable communication needed to manage the service effectively.
CFA is deliberately streamlined.
Regular account-management meetings and scheduled weekly calls are not part of the standard service.
We're available when communication is needed and will arrange a call where a call genuinely helps.
2. Creative
We use the creative you already have to build paid advertising.
That can include design, video editing, animation, layouts, resizing, reframing, copy, messaging, hooks, captions and advertising variants.
The standard CFA fee does not include new photography, filming, location shoots or substantial content production from scratch.
If we believe new content would materially improve the work, we'll tell you.
You can create it yourself, use another supplier or ask WYS communications to quote separately.
3. What it costs
CFA costs £495 + VAT per month.
Your Meta advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Meta.
We won't charge for additional work outside CFA without agreeing it with you first.
4. Monthly subscription and cancellation
There is no long-term contract.
CFA runs as a rolling monthly subscription and renews each month until cancelled.
You can cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next monthly payment.
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable once the relevant service period has begun, except where required by law or agreed otherwise.
Your service continues until the end of the period you've already paid for unless we agree something different with you.
5. Getting live
Once we've received everything we need from you, we'll get your initial campaigns live within two weeks.
That includes the necessary account access, information, assets and other materials we reasonably need to do the work.
Got everything ready? We can often move faster.
The two-week period starts when we have everything required.
Delays caused by missing information, access, assets, third-party reviews or matters outside our reasonable control can affect the launch date.
6. What we need from you
You need to:
- give us accurate information about your business, offer and objectives;
- provide the account access required to do the work;
- supply suitable brand and creative assets;
- have the right to let us use anything you supply;
- keep your Meta account and payment methods in good standing;
- respond when we reasonably need information or a decision from you; and
- tell us about material changes that could affect campaign performance.
7. Performance
We'll manage and optimise your campaigns with the aim of improving commercial performance.
Advertising results depend on factors including your offer, market, pricing, competition, website, sales process, budget and creative.
We therefore cannot guarantee a particular level of revenue, leads, sales, ROI, ROAS or other result.
Results and case studies shown on the CFA website are examples of previous performance, not a promise that every business will achieve the same result.
8. Meta and other third parties
CFA relies on third-party platforms, particularly Meta.
We aren't responsible for outages, platform errors, account restrictions, policy changes, review processes or other events outside our reasonable control.
Where an issue affects campaigns we manage, we'll take reasonable steps within the CFA service to respond.
9. Your assets and our work
You keep ownership of the materials you supply to us and give us permission to use and adapt them as necessary to deliver CFA.
10. Confidentiality
We'll treat confidential business information you give us appropriately and only use or disclose it where reasonably necessary to provide CFA, run our business, obtain professional advice or comply with the law.
We expect the same treatment of confidential information we provide to you.
11. Changes
We may make reasonable changes to CFA or these terms.
If a change materially affects an active customer's service or contractual position, we'll give reasonable notice where appropriate.
